Player Pitch Through Seniors – $100

How To Register
Become a Player
To register a player, all forms and documents on the Player Registration Checklist must be completed, signed, and turned in PRIOR TO PLAY. You have the option to submit everything electronicly with the link below.
You must also complete our registration process and submit payment here.

- Completed Player Registration form (form is no longer available online, the easiest way to register is online with the “register here” button at the bottom of the page. Otherwise registration forms will be available for in person signups).
- Remember to also sign and date under the “Terms and Conditions” part of the form.
- Use the age chart here to determine your child’s League age.
- Completed Medical Release Form (English pdf here Spanish pdf here).
- County Commissioners Waiver and Release for participants of youth sports. (pdf file here)

League Age Level 4-6 Tee Ball 6-8 Tee Ball(this is our coach pitch) 9-10 Minors 11-12 Majors 13-14 Junior 15-16 Senior - (3) proofs of residence – accepted proof of residence. *Proof of Resident Must live in Kent County or Queen Anne’s County with Millington, Crumpton or Chestertown Zip Code*
